Feiran Hu is the Director of Admissions at California Northstate University College of Medicine. Prior to this role, she built a fifteen-year career in the tech industry, specializing in University Relation Program Management at Google, and technical recruiting at both Google and Microsoft. She has proven success in building strategic partnerships, bridging academic programs, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve alignment with the institutional goals. Feiran Hu oversees the entire admissions lifecycle, from strategic outreach and applicant engagement to interviews, Admissions Committee review, final selection, and Orientation. She leads efforts to analyze admissions data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. She is also involved with the content development for AAMC PREview® Exam.
